Midlife Symptom Checklist
I am in my sixties and I have felt many of these myself. If your body feels unfamiliar lately, you are not imagining it. Take two minutes, tap what applies to you, and see what your body has been telling you.
This is not a diagnosis. It is a starting point.

This checklist draws on symptom categories used by leading menopause research organisations. The National Menopause Foundation, The Menopause Charity, and the North American Menopause Society all publish free, research backed resources on menopause symptoms and care.
This checklist is not a medical assessment, and Empowered Wellness is not a substitute for medical care. It works alongside it, helping you understand your body and build the daily habits that support you through this transition. Some symptoms need a doctor's attention, including very heavy bleeding, any bleeding after your periods have stopped for a year or more, and a racing heart with dizziness or chest pain. If any of these apply to you, please see your doctor.
